When we worry about something, we are putting our own individual weight on the chair. The more weight we put on the chair, the harder it feels to sit up straight. If we keep our weight on the chair and make it harder to sit up, we may want to sit up more. But if we keep our weight on the chair and make it easier to sit up, we may want to sit up more. We can decide how much we want to put on the chair.
We can also put other things on the chair as well. Maybe we’re not worrying about our weight or sitting up, we’re worried about our thoughts. A great way to think about this is in terms of a rocking chair. The problem with worrying is that your thoughts can start to sway you so much that you might get to the point that you just want to stop rocking your chair because it hurts so much. That’s why we should worry as much as we want to.

If you do, the person who was worried about the most will suffer. If you stop worrying, the person who was worried about the worst wont suffer, because they’ll realize they can’t get worse. It is like your rocker chair, but it is not a rocking chair.
Worries are the thing that you have with you when you are worried, a thing that you cannot control. Because of this they have the ability to affect your actions. Because of this, I have found that I worry about some things and don’t worry about others. I worry about my mother worrying about me not getting my homework done, and I worry about my sister worrying about my sister not getting my homework done.
The fear you have about your mother worrying about you not getting your homework done is a very similar worry to the worry you have about your sister worrying about your sister getting your homework done.
