Well, that was easy. No, not that easy. I think I have a slightly better idea of how important this is than the other people here, but I’m still gonna get it out there anyway. As a general rule, people who are in the habit of playing video games for more than ten hours a day are probably suffering from burnout, or at the very least, they’re suffering from a lack of time.
One thing that I know for sure is that burnout will never be a good thing. It leads to a lot of the following problems.
The first is that burnout leads to depression, anxiety, and fatigue. These are all symptoms of burnout. The second is that burnout causes a lot of people to be forgetful, or to not be careful about their hygiene, or to neglect their health. The third is that burnout causes people to have a lot of negative attitudes towards work, and work can cause a lot of stress.
