Stress is a real thing, not just a feeling. So you should be able to recognize it and reduce it, otherwise you will feel even more stress. To get rid of stress, you need to learn to recognize it and even if you don’t recognize it, you should reduce it. The first step is to learn to recognize it. We don’t all think stress is good or bad and we don’t all think stress is good or bad but we all think it is a real thing.
