The point is that it’s impossible to talk about certain things without being afraid of telling someone something that you don’t know. We all have our secrets, even if we dont know what they are. It’s not about being afraid but rather about being honest with ourselves. There’s nothing wrong with being honest about what you need and how you feel, even if it makes you uncomfortable. If there was, it wouldn’t be the same.

Its not about being afraid, it’s about being honest, and letting yourself go to where you need to be. It also means being able to make a decision that is best for you, rather than being paralyzed by fear and indecision.

The best way to prepare is to be aware of your body and how you feel. Because once the panic hits you, your body will have no reaction and you will be unable to relax and enjoy the moment. So by preparing by being aware of what your body needs to get through the moment, you will be able to enjoy the moment.

It takes a lot of self-awareness to not get caught in our own anxiety. But what’s more important, panic or depression? I suspect the answer is probably both.
